DOCman allows you to set your allowed filesize upload, however many people require it to be able to upload large files, in the event your aiming to upload such large files in the region of 20mb and above then you may encounter an issue which is often confused with a bug.

If you have modified your upload_max_filesize to say 50M and set DOCman to the same value yet DOCman complains about the upload size, then it comes down to the post_max_size that must be altered. Their are other values which you should really adjust.
