About DOCman Nofity

Notify the webmaster when someone uploads, edits or downloads a file in DOCman.

This plugin sends notification e-mails to the webmaster whenever a user uploads, downloads or edits a document in DOCman. It is very easy to setup: install it like a regular Joomla! plugin, edit some settings (like the e-mail addresses you want it to send to), publish the plugin and done!
The email can easily be styled by editing the template.

Always download from the official site, so you know the files haven't been tampered with.

Installation

Use Joomla's plugin installer. Uninstall older version of Notify first. Don't forget to publish this plugin, and to specify at least one e-mail address in the plugin's configuration.

You can edit the layout of the email, as well as the data that will be displayed. Open /plugins/docman/notify/templates/email.php in a text editor and change what you like.

Upgrading from 1.5.x

Simply install the new version on the top of the old one, using Joomla's extension installer.
